L’ora è in formato 24h, quindi puoi inserire qualsiasi valore da 00:00 a 23:59.

Ho appena verificato su una nuova installazione del tema e l’inserimento dell’ora non crea alcun problema al countdown, quindi il tuo problema penso possa essere generato da plugin di terze parti che vanno in conflitto con il core del tema.

Prova a disabilitare tutti i plugin eccetto quelli requisiti dal tema e prova a vedere se il countdown ricompare. Altra cosa: controlla che la data inserita non sia già trascorsa perchè in quel caso il countdown si nasconde in automatico.

Infine, l’ora attualmente non compare nel singolo evento e nelle liste.
Che tipo di implementazioni avresti bisogno? Considera che in questi giorni i nostri sviluppatori non sono in ufficio, ma al loro rientro posso chiedere delucidazioni e poi tornare da te con una risposta.

L’orario viene visualizzato in frontend sia negli archivi (es. http://themes2go.xyz/demos/lifecoach-lms/events/) che nel singolo evento (es. http://themes2go.xyz/demos/lifecoach-lms/event/unleash-hidden-power/) oltre che a servire nei countdown del singolo evento.

Il formato devo essere YYYY-MM-DD (Anno mese giorno).

In mobile background videos are hard-blocked by the devices themselves.
You can put a backgorund picture as fallback for mobiles, but editing the Design tab of the row setting, upload a picture or screenshot of the video and choose “cover” as background disposition, just below the photo uploader.

I’m very very sorry for yur waiting.
This new WordPress5 forced us to reschedule all the updates because the biggest urgency was to have the themes working with the new version.

Wouldn’t have been much useful to have XING icon on a broken theme 😀

Therefore we will now proceed with the scheduled upgrades, including yours.

I’m sorry but this was quite a big and problematic update, specially because WordPress forced Gutenberg without it being 100% functional and is not even 40% documented, so the platform update has been quite a challenge.

“hide old events” is a parameter that we use in our theme for our custom queries.
What we are talking here is how to add custom taxonomies and how to use the custom field in third party custom plugins.
We are way way far from support territory, I’m sorry but this is really not my competence anymore.

I can only provide suggestions, and the suggestion is to contact the author of your search plugin and ask how to implement a custom query parameter in the search, based on a podt-meta.

1) The fastest and cheapest solution is a custom taxonomy.
You can add any taxonomy you need with these plugins. Maybe you’ll have to try more than one in case you have problems, because they may work in different ways and not all of them may be compatible with the theme

That is a template, yes, as linked in my first answer, but you may encounter other instances. In that case, you may see that any item has its own CSS container class.
We try always to name the PHP template of that item in the same name of the class, so you will identify the file to edit in a simpler way.

Rmemeber to put the custom files in the child theme, to avoid loosing the customization when you update the theme.

• at line 27 change ‘series’ with ‘formations’
• at line 68 change ‘seriescategory’ with ‘categorieinformation’

1) related: your site isn’t available so I can’t verify why it’s not working, actually tested locally and works fine, please let me know when is back online, thanks!

2) Remove author and date across all site: this is a MASSIVE customization that has no shortcuts or CSS codes. It requires to manually edit every single file of the theme, find author and date and remove the PHP and HTML from each one of them. Such size of customizations can’t be provided by support, I’m sorry. I can suggest, if you need, to hire a professional on Codeable or Envato Studio to do so.

And the code can be different in any file, so there isn’t a specific rule to apply.

there are dozens of templates, so is a big work.

After removing it, you may also experience visual issues due to the missing block. So is a very huge work and something unfortunately we can’t handle as support as may be generating a cascade of design issues to fix afterwards.

Even if we sometimes provide small CSS customizations, what you ask here is something that goes completely out of the support terms for the entity of the required work, sorry.

1) Can you please post a screenshot with some inidcations about the exact location you need the search bar? It can be done with a string of code, but I don’t understand perfectly the location you require. Thanks!

2) EVENTTYPE is the category for events. you can use it in 3 ways:

• Add an event slideshow and filter upcoming events by type https://d.pr/free/i/oZIP2W
• In the Menu, under screen settings, you can enable the eventType. Then you can add eventTypes to the menu, linking to specific event categories. https://d.pr/free/i/aGS1b9
• You can make a map filterable by Event Types

What you mention sounds like a possible bug, but can’t find where it can be happening. Can you please send a screenshot?

4) There is no such functionality now in this theme, but we just added it to another theme with the plan to bring it in LifeCoach. This functionality will also come with the option to add a Google Calendar function, which is pretty useful.
This will be implemented over the next month for sure, will let you know here when is available.

sono Andrea del supporto Themes2go e mi permetto di risponderti in italiano dopo aver notato dai screenshot che l’installazione di WordPress è in italiano.

La possibilità di scegliere differenti templates è disponibile solamente per le nuove pagine create con l’editor di WordPress, quindi Pagine -> Crea nuova pagina.

BuddyPress genera automaticamente i propri template di pagina e poichè le strutture sono differenti, il tema non può applicare le proprie funzionalità direttamente.

Also, I noticed you are using transparent header but in your homepage the menu is invisible because you are using a white background on the first element.
I’d suggest putting a dark background instead, otherwise the menu items are invisible.

You can also add a simple row with a spacer as first page element, and put a dark background as row setting.

Ciao, parliamo della mail che ti arriva: l’indirizzo del MITTENTE, deve per forza essere il “tuo” del sito (info@giovanni), altrimenti sarebbe come un tentativo di email spoofing, ovvero un software che si finge qualcun’altro per inviare email, e sarebbe bloccato dal server. Questa è la mail che vedi visibile come mittente.

Mentre la mail di chi compila il form, nel messaggio che ricevi, è impostata come “reply”. Non la vedi, ma quando rispondi verrà usata come destinatario 8clicchi reply e lo puoi vedere).

Questo vuol dire che quando rispondi, il destinatario non è il mittente con cui ti arriva la mail (info@giovanni) e che vedi in chiaro, ma bensì quello che ha scritto il form. Ovvero il destinatario corretto a cui vuoi rispondere.

In pratica, clicchi reply a un messaggio che ti arriva, e vedi che la risposta viene inviata al destinatario corretto, anche se vedi come mittente il proprietario del sito, perchè è l’unico modo funzionante e corretto per fare le cose.

Ciao Marisa, ti ringrazio per la delucidazione.
Penso di aver capito da cosa deriva l’errore ed aggiustato il plugin. Sembra che sulla versione di PHP di aruba l’assegnazione di variabili testuali agli array non piaccia molto.

Ho sostituito il plugin aggiornato a quello originale, puoi disinstallare il contact form plugin del tema, eliminarlo e poi reinstallarlo dal theme dashboard. Scaricherà automaticamente quello aggiornato, e il problema dovrebbe svanire.
