Hello and thanks for reaching us.
Our theme definitely support self hosted videos and it’s a straight forward procedure as using WordPress 6.0.I’m pretty sure it’s something we can fix easily. ๐
First, did you try to create a new post instead of editing an old one?
If this doesn’t fix the issue, you should send us a message to themes2go@gmail.com including:
– your website admin url
– admin username
– admin passwordOnce received we would take care of your website ๐
Have a nice day,Andrea

in reply to: Self Hosted Video IssueHello there and thanks for reaching us.
Andrea here from Themes2go Customer support.In order to fix the problem you should try these two path:
– instead of replacing contents from the demo, try to create new ones and copy and paste your video url as first item of the page as shown on our video tutorial you can find here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ojzZXzAXDQsThis 90% of the time would fix it
– try to disable third party plugins that could interfere with the theme functionalities (multilingual sitepress for your case) and check again.
If these don’t fix the issue, you can send us a message to themes2go@gmail.com including your admin url, user and password. Then I would investigate the issue for you.
Keep me posted on that,
Andreain reply to: We can not reproduce our videosHi Fed and thanks for reaching us.
Andrea here from Themes2go Customer Support.Currently there is no option to include Medium as a social network that would not require any code customization.
What I can do for now is get your request in next release pipeline but currently I can’t tell you an estimated time to deliver it.I’ll keep you posted on that ๐
Have a nice day,
Andreain reply to: social networksThanks for your clarification Andy ๐
in reply to: my reply to Andrea from vloggerHello Andy and thanks again for your message.
Automatic sharing on social networks it’s something that we can’t manage easily due to third party assets and plugins which handle web pages in different way.Consider that using WP Bakery Page Builder for posts has been suggested to support you with your customization needs but as you seen, it was deactivate by default on our theme because it could have not working properly.
And this is the case.I kindly ask you to try sharing on tumblr by just copy and paste the your post url without any sharing plugins and check if the problem persists.
The issue you are facing it’s something related with third party plugins behavior and as mentioned below, we can’t know how they supposed to work.
Another useful things could be deactivating all the unbundled plugins and try again. If it works, you can activate one by one finding which is the “bad” one. Most of the time, third party plugins interfere with basic theme functionalities that turn out with this kind of situation.
Keep me posted on that.

in reply to: my reply to Andrea from vloggerHello Andy!
Could you please explain me how you are going to share your posts on Tumblr?
Do you use any third party plugin or it’s just a copy and paste of the url?Thanks,
Andreain reply to: sharing on tumblr going wrongHello Andy and thanks for reaching us.
When you create a post and you add a video, WordPress generates some hidden fields containing the video id. Even if you change the video, those hidden fields are not refreshed.
This means that you can’t edit video included in your post, you have to create a new post from scratch.
This is a well known WordPress issue (https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/37597) but the WordPress developers donโt want to do anything about it because they say it is a very remote case. See these links:
https://github.com/xwp/wordpress-develop/pull/254#issuecomment-330510134
https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/31245#comment:45
The only solution to change this is to edit the WordPress core but as you know for sure this is not something we can do.The only solution is to avoid editing existing posts and instead create fresh ones for each of your video posts
Regarding the post via email issue could you please be more detailed?
How those posts are sent?Thanks in advance,
AndreaHello Andy and thanks for reaching us.
I’m not sure what kind of error messages you see but I think they’re just warnings like the one below.As you mentioned, in our product we include a bundled version of WP Bakery Page Builder that does not need any updates in order to work.
If you see any message asking to provide a purchase code of the bundled plugins, you can simply discard the message.
If you want, itโs up to you to purchase a Personal License on https://wpbakery.com/, which will grant access to automatic plugin updates and premium support from the plugin author, but we canโt guarantee that the updated versions will work smoothly as the bundled one, because it may not be tested with the current theme version.
It’s our duty to include and test the latest WP Bakery Page Builder version in future releases of the theme.
Regarding the posts layout customizations, you need to consider that we’ve included custom functionalities such as the tutorial template sidebar that are hard coded and can’t be easily edited (you might need a developer for this).
If you need just an extra layer of flexibility on your posts, you could enable WP Bakery Page Builder for posts.
In order to do it, go to your backend and than WP Bakery, Role Manager and select “Custom” from the Post types dropdown. Here you can enable the feature for posts. Scroll down and Save it.
Now you can use it for building your posts as you normally do with pages.
You need to keep in mind that while building your posts, in order to get your video post work properly, you must enter a text block with your video url as first element of the page.Just let me know if this helps ๐

in reply to: WP Bakery update won’t workHello Simon and thanks for reaching us.
Andrea here from Themes2go Customer Support.The title Testimonials you see on the slideshow is not editable with ease and you need to edit the theme code.
By the way you can “hide” it using some css code.
For this, just go on your backend and then Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS and paste this code below:.qt-material-slider .slides li .qt-slider-caption .qt-texts h3.qt-bottom-textdeco span {display:none}
Once pasted, click the blue button “Publish” and you are ready to go.
The social networks sidebar currently is not editable, but you can hide it too. Consider that this editing will affect all the pages that include the share bar.
As mentioned above, just paste the code below in the Additional CSS section:
.qt-sharepage {display:none}
Hope this helps ๐
Have a nice day,Andrea

Andrea here from Themes2go Customer Support.Adding HTML to posts is quite easy ๐
You just need to switch the text editor from Visual to Text, add your HTML code and then switch back to visual.Now your code should be added to your post ๐
Just check this video out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k4f2HjAhUXc&ab_channel=Let%27sBuildWordPress
Hope this helps,
Andreain reply to: add html to a postHello Seimn and thanks for reaching us.
1. You should get rid of all the line included in the herobox shortcode except one. Inside that, add your text and set it as H3.
2. QT Contact form is thought as a ready to go form and doesn’t include any kind of customizations. This implementation would require a theme code edit. For this kind of request I think you should go with a form created with Contact Form 7 (included with the theme).
3. Also this would require a code customization and it’s something we can’t fix easily. You can easily position your anchors by adding them just before your titles. This would fix the issue you are mentioning.
If you need more support on those things just let me know.
Best,

As I can see there is no chance for me to access to you resource.
https://imgur.com/s89K06QBy the way, in order to debug and get back to you with a fix I can’t relate with a screenshot, I need to check the issue on your website.

Andrea here from Themes2go Customer support.Due to Envatoโs licensing rules, we provide the plugins as a built-in feature provided under a Bundle extended license, which forbids us to provide License Certificate and Purchase Code to our customers.
We can provide pluginโs updates only when we provide a new version of the theme. This because we need to test the new plugin versions with the theme and be sure that everything works well together before distributing theme.
It will be our duty to provide fast updates in case security issues or severe WordPress incompatibilities appears.
If you see any message asking to provide a purchase code of the bundled plugins, you can discard it or purchase a Personal License on Codecanyon.net, but we canโt ensure that updated versions will work smoothly with our theme as the ones we distributed.
Hope this helps.
Andreain reply to: Wp bakeryHello there,
it seems something went wrong with your demo import process but it’s something you can fix with a click:
go to your backend end edit the page. On the right sidebar you can see the Page Attributes tab. On the template dropdown, select Page Visual Composer template. Make sure to click Update before leaving the page.If you have any other questions I would be happy to answer you.
Hope this helps!Andrea
in reply to: Demo pages are weirdHello Ged and thanks again for reaching us.
First let me thank you for you kind words ๐
I’ve just send your request to our dev team in order to check if some bugs is going on and I’ll keep you posted as soon as possible.
Regarding your points:
1. We did not tested our theme with Meks Video Importer. The one we used in our tests is the one you can find here https://wordpress.org/plugins/video-importer/. Not sure if this could be related, but we are going to investigate it.
Said this can you link us a page including some chapters? We would like to inspect the page source code. Moreover just a question: did you follow the correct steps to add chapters in a tutorial? If not, check our video tutorial here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FkGHC3QNZsM2. Under investigation. Could you link us a page with the issue?
3. Our theme for sure is responsive, but the tutorial template works and fits better on desktop computers. It would be nice if you can link to me some screenshot in order to get better what you see and fool poor and check if we can fix it for you. Does it make sense for you?
Best regards,
Peeter

in reply to: Video Problems & iPad Display ProblemsHi Matt,
I’m not sure why you’ve needed to open another ticket. Is this related in anyway with our helpdesk website?Regarding your issue, the “darkness” you see in the images has been added to enhance readability of titles.
If you want to get rid of it, go to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS and add this css code:
.qt-header-bg::after {
background: none;
}Eventually you can also play with opacity with this code:
.qt-header-bg::after {
background: black;
opacity: 0.4;}You can edit opacity value from 0 to 1 based on your needs.
Before leaving the Theme options panel (Customizer), make sure to click Publish.If you need any support on this just let know here below.
Have a nice day,Andrea

I think the reason is this below:when you create a post and you add a video WordPress generates some hidden fields containing the video id. Even if you change the video, those hidden fields are not refreshed.
When you create a new post you cannot duplicate a previous one, you have to create a new post from scratch.

Andreain reply to: MobileHello trimbo and thanks for reaching us.
As I can see you’ve added a custom padding of 130px both on right and left side.
You can try to target this css rule only for desktop adding a media query to your Additional CSS field in the customizer or in the custom css field included in that specific page.For example you could use:
@media (min-width:961px) { .vc_custom_1642599480493 { padding-right: 130px !important; padding-left: 130px !important; } }
This will add those paddings only on mobile and tablet devices.
So try this and let me know if this work for you.
If this doesn’t fix the issue I would ask you your admin credentials and I will check it for you.Have a nice day,

I’ve just checked your website and everything is fine for me.
All your events, included the pasted one, is working fine both on desktop and mobile.Here’s an example of a pasted event on mobile.
https://imgur.com/myOUudUI’ve also checked your homepage and the event shortcode is working fine again, both on desktop and mobile.
Could you send us a screenshot related to the issue?
Maybe the issue could be just related to your browser cache and not by the theme.Keep me posted on that.
Have a nice day!Andrea
in reply to: Workshop tabHello!
Could you please be more specific about this implementation?
Which is the code to add to the page?In case you need to add some HTML code to your page, you can use the HTML block included in the theme.
Just copy the code from Paypal, paste it inside the shortcode and save it.
This should work quite fine.Keep me posted on that.
Have a nice day,Andrea
in reply to: PaypalHello!
From what I can see it could be something related with the post carousel shortcode settings.Edit your page and go over your post carousel shortcodes and click the pencil icon.
Make sure that you have any slug applied in the custom category filter field. Leaving it blank would pull you recent blog posts.
You can also customize those settings and filter posts based on your needs.
Keep me posted on that!
