No don’t worry normal routine, if you need anything else we are here!
in reply to: Twitch VideoHi, the first link (resizing font) is another way of working.
Even if you make font size smaller, I’m telling that there will always be a point where a word will go out of the screen.About Events vs Blog, the difference is that is another element layout.
Your problem is in the blog layout, and for as small as we can make the text, there will always be a moment when words are too long for the screen.
The fact in events they fit in the screen is a cohincidence between word small enough and screen large enough.
With a longer word and a smaller screen, also events will break.
I was asking you please about a regular website that you like how titles are appearing in mobile, not an html tutorial.
As soon as you post one or two we can check them.
thanksin reply to: some general and mobil issuesHello, I’ve been checking your site and the play button issue seems caused by another plugin you have installed (at least one) interferring with the player API.
This plugin you have is “youtube embed plus” and the problem is that it’s triggering the API ready state before the theme’s player, so the play button breaks. With this theme you don’t need other youtube plugins.
To embed a YouTube video in a cool responsive size, you can simply link to a youtube video (for example write VIDEO and link the word VIDEO to the youtube URL).
In frontend, the youtube link will automatically be converted in a responsive video. So I think the plugn causing the issue can be deactived.
To embed twitch in the content of a page, you can put the twitch URL in backend and hit ENTER, at this point the player should appear and you can publish already.
Please let me know how it goes deactivating that plugin. You can then also disable the autoplay if not needed.
thanksin reply to: Twitch VideoFor your call to action you will need to go to your backend and then Appearance -> Customize -> Ads Manager -> Menu bar. Here you can paste and edit this shortcode:
[vc_btn title="BUY NOW" style="custom" custom_background="#01dfba" custom_text="#ffffff" size="lg" align="center" link="url:https%3A%2F%2Fthemeforest.net%2Fitem%2Fvlogger-professional-video-tutorials-wordpress-theme%2F20414115%3Frel%3DWordpressThemes2Go|||"]
An easy way to create your own buttons is through WP Bakery Page Builder: just create a new page and add a button shortcode. Once you’ve customized it, switch to classic mode, copy the text shortcode and paste it in the customizer like described above.
Regarding the play icon our developers are checking it. Stay tuned.

in reply to: T2G Archives List Widget is showing old eventsHello tipsynewt,
assuming you are using the provided child theme as described on the manual (http://www.themes2go.xyz/manuals/lifecoach/knowledge-base/theme-installation/) in order to get rid of the media sharing buttons only for some post type follow these steps:- via an FTP client or a file manager, copy the PHP file single-testimonial.php to your child theme located in wp-content/themes/lifecoach-child.
- Edit the file you’ve just copied and remove this code:
<div class="col s12 m12 l1 qt-pushpin-container"> <div class="qt-pushpin"> <?php get_template_part( 'phpincludes/sharepage'); ?> </div> <hr class="qt-spacer-m"> </div>
- Save the file and upload again to the server and the sharing bar would be removed for that specific post type
Note: you can remove it in other posts type by doing the same procedure on these files:

Hello Jerry,
glad we’ve found a fix for your issue.
About existing text to change, what do you mean?
You can edit your pages with WP Bakery Page Builder. Here’s a link to one of our video tutorials: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lr8n5oNn0pg&index=5&list=PLCGMXZPzCkmaiQ4jHABlftTJ3qVKu6L2bHave a good day,
Andreain reply to: Demo Content Not loadingHi! There are different call to action, could you please link me the demo you like?
2) Play icon issue: please go in Appearance > Customize and try to activate autoplay, save, then deactivate autoplay and save again. It should fix.
If not, try to enable the autoplay and save.
After this, if you still have any problem, please link me your site
thanks!
in reply to: Twitch VideoHi, your new hosting is blocking the connection to our repository.
In general is blocking connections to outer resources with server side connections and this can cause you problems. You have to contact your provider and require to allow connections to
http://themes2go.xyz
and
https://themes2go.xyz
in reply to: Migration DomainHi Stephen, we have been discussing your case.
Actually, the titles shouldn’t be cutted with 2 letters per line, and instead of just being broken there would be a hypen (-) to break the words, as it happens in a book), for instance:Hello, my na-
me is Igor.Which is a standard thing, if people have to use word breaking.
Normally the alternative is not breaking word, but german is a complex language with very long words sometimes, so they can’t fit the screen.
So, if you have a sentence like
“My blog title is Persönlichkeitsentwicklung”
you may need to break the world even scaling down the font size a bit.
To be sure that words will never break, you should use a super tiny size, which would make the font hard to read, and not even look like a title.
Let’s try to find some ideas that are good for everybody: could you kindly link us some german website of website authorities in german language, so we can see how they manage the situation?
in reply to: some general and mobil issuesYou’re welcome, sorry for the negative response, but such code complexity may result in an overcomplexity of usage, heavier code, negative Google indexing impact, more CSS, and more complex product maintainance, so unfortunately we can’t take this road and stay instead on a more standard type of typography.

Igorin reply to: Use Places as a CategorieHello!
– In order to change the homepage header background, you should edit the page with Visual Composer, find the first row containing your hero titles and edit its background.
See this image as reference: http://d.pr/i/jd8vnD– Regarding the icons, by default, you can only use suggested colors but I suggest you a workaround: go to your backend and then Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS and paste this snippet of CSS code:
.t2gicons-icon::before {color: #ff0000 !important;}
Replace the HEX color with your preferred one and then everything should be fine.
– Are you talking about this one?
https://imgur.com/a/KbbmPyvIf so, just edit in WP Bakery Page Builder.
Have a good day,

in reply to: Home Professional – Background Image + colorsHi, the list plugin wasn’t subject to the customizer setting.
I just published a new version, which you can already download herehttps://themes2go.xyz/plugins_repo/lifecoach/180528gDpr/ttg-widgets-1.0.4.zip
please, as usual, unzip and upload in wp-content/plugins replacing the old plugin.
It will automatically hide old events for a widget of events lists.regards

in reply to: Use Places as a CategorieHi!
You can easily use imgur (https://imgur.com/upload)in reply to: LogoHi,
I forgot that maybe you could have checked the setting “users must be registered and logged in to comment” in your backend.in reply to: Error in Blog Comment sectionHello Kiran,
is it missing something on your ticket? What I see is the default WordPress comment text. Could you send me a screenshot please? Thanks,
Andreain reply to: Error in Blog Comment sectionHello Stephan,
the map below should be created via QTPlaces shortcode. Isn’t it?
https://imgur.com/a/JCFX3s9The shortcode should be something like this (this is taken from demo contents – alternative homepage)
You can edit it and change the limit to 999 as suggested by my teammate Igor.
Give it a try,Andrea
in reply to: Use Places as a CategorieHello Jerry,
at this point, it is clear that is all about your server configuration.
Regarding load time, it’s all about server performance. The video I sent you was done on a local installation so it’s always quicker than a remote installation. What you wrote about the demo load getting timeout is make me think that your server has not the proper requirements. Could you please verify them on our manual?
http://www.themes2go.xyz/manuals/lifecoach/knowledge-base/requirements/What version of PHP is installed on your server? You will need PHP 7.0
You can check using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-php-info/If everything is ok, maybe it could be some execution time limit.
Please use one of these solutions (any server is different so one of these methods may work better than the others depending on the server settings)1. add this in the .htaccess file of your server
php_value memory_limit 128M php_value post_max_size 128M php_value upload_max_filesize 128M php_value max_execution_time 1800
2. add this to wp-config.php
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’);
3. create a text file, call it php.ini and put this text in it:
upload_max_filesize = 64M post_max_size = 64M
Looking forward to your response,
Andreain reply to: Demo Content Not loadingHello!
As suggested, you can try editing .htaccess file or php.ini.Here some documentation from WordPress Codex:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Common_WordPress_Errors#Maximum_execution_time_exceededYou can also try to fix the issue using a plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-maximum-execution-time-exceeded/
Keep me posted on that,
Andreain reply to: HTML Error on image uploadHello! Igor here, for a clarification if I may.
Asy colleague Andrea suggested, Http error is caused only by 2 things: max execution time too small or file size limit too small. Please follow the instructions provided with the manual or, if you are notpractice with those changes, you can ask help to your provider. Your server pareter are blocking the upload of your file because it’s too big and it takes a second for your provider to change the limitYou can send them the requirements page of the theme manual of you want to have a clear pareter to follow.
In alternative there is a free plugin to change the max exec time a d upload size in the WordPress repository. But the plugins doesn’t work with every server.
Please consider that the issue is caused by server settings that are smaller than the requirements so we can’t take action directly on this, more than suggesting how to fix, because is server territory
Please let me know if the provided solutions worked.

Andreain reply to: T2G Archives List Widget is showing old eventsHello,
could you please provide me a screenshot of the shortcode in the backend?
Thanksin reply to: Use Places as a CategorieHello Jerry,
I’ve just imported and checked your installation: everything was messed up so I decided to start from scratch using WP Reset plugin as installing the theme again.
I’ve recorded my desktop so you can easily replicate the steps to solve the issue. Here’s the video:
Hope this now can help you.
