Hello Jerry,
I understand your frustration but you are experiencing a very unusual situation. Most of the time, this kind of issues can be solved with a fresh installation of WordPress (or reset) and theme.In order to solve it, we can try this:
– Install All in One Migration (https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/) and make a copy of your website.
– Upload the file on WeTransfer or some cloud service and send the download link to team@themes2go.xyz.
– Our developers will check your installation and eventually fix the issues.
– After this, I will send you a file to import to your installation using All in One Migration.Thanks

in reply to: Demo Content Not loadingThanks for your feedback,
As I can see now from your screenshot you didn’t perform a reset of your WordPress installation. If you did properly, you would not have all these menu items. So please just not install the plugin, do a complete reset.Go to Tools -> WP Reset and follow the instructions.
Going on, make sure that your server meets the theme requirements.
http://www.themes2go.xyz/manuals/lifecoach/knowledge-base/requirements/
Then, did you install the demo contents before installing the required plugins? If not, please make a fresh WP installation and then install theme’s core plugins and after that try to import the demo contents.Last, did you get some kind of errors during the demo contents import? If so, could you please provide a screenshot?
Thanks

in reply to: Demo Content Not loadingHi Jerry,
this is really strange and unusual.Every time you import the demo, the contents are created again, and the items are added to the menu again. But if you really tried to install WordPress and theme from scratch this is kinda nonsense.
If you want to completely “format” the website (removing also any content already existing, old posts and so on) as stated in previous replies, you can use a plugin called WP reset, and then start over again.Warning: this will erase everything, bringing your WordPress to the same state it was once installed.
If the issue only related to the duplicated menu items you are mentioning, they can instead be managed in Appearance > Menu, where you can delete all the items and create new ones, or delete the entire menu, create your own, and in Menu Locations assign it to the main menu location.
Keep me posted on that,
Andreain reply to: Demo Content Not loadingHi!
This is the fix we use to let long words fit tiny spaces.
Another solution could be sizing down the font on mobile for blog titles but it will get quite unreadable.in reply to: some general and mobil issuesIt may happen because of items amount limitation.
Please be sure that you are not limiting it, by adding limit=”999″ to the shortcode.Other reason could be that google can’t decode that coordinates length.
Please try this size instead

WP Bakery Page Builder can’t be updated automatically unless you don’t purchase a Personal License, as it comes in Bundle. If you see any message asking to provide a purchase code of the bundled plugins, you can simply discard the message.Every time a new release of WP Bakery Page Builder comes out, we first test it with the theme and if everything is ok we will include it in the next theme’s update.
For all the details regarding theme and plugins updated, I suggest you read these pages’ manual:

Andreain reply to: WPBakery Page BuilderHello,
installing demo contents is a straightforward procedure and you should not have any problem following the video tutorial.
Could you please try to install the theme on a fresh WordPress installation?Please also check our manual: http://www.themes2go.xyz/manuals/lifecoach/
You can upload screenshots on https://imgur.com/upload and then paste the image URL here.
Thanks,

1) I see you still didn’t apply the CSS provided in the first answer to fix the post titles
.qt-pageheader .qt-caption, .qt-herobox { word-break: break-all; hyphens: auto; }
2) You can add also this if you see the problem in other places
h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 { word-break: break-all; hyphens: auto; }
in reply to: some general and mobil issuesHello!
1) The locations are different, but they are so close that when the map is small, they appear in the same place. If you zoom in, in fact, you see they are in different locations. For this reason we made the map menu, so you can still click on the list. (for this I suggest to add the open=1)2) You have to add the open=”1″ to the qt-places shortcode.
More info http://qantumthemes.com/demo/qtplaces/how-to-display-a-map/The complete manual of QT Places is a PDF contained in the LifeCoach theme product folder downloadable from Themeforest.
in reply to: Use Places as a CategorieHello @Emmanuel and thanks for your patience.
It looks like Twitch changed the embedded video URL, so it required a theme update.
We already made this update, tested and published on Themeforest.
You are kindly invited to update the theme as per manual instructions in order to have the new twitch embedding.If you still ahve any question or doubt please let us know

Igorin reply to: Twitch VideoHello timaay,
you have some upload limit on your server.
Please use one of these solutions (any server is different so one of these methods may work better than the others depending on the server settings)1. add this in the .htaccess file of your server
php_value memory_limit 128M php_value post_max_size 128M php_value upload_max_filesize 128M php_value max_execution_time 1800
2. add this to wp-config.php
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’);
3. create a text file, call it php.ini and put this text in it:
upload_max_filesize = 64M post_max_size = 64M

in reply to: HTML Error on image uploadHello jerrywoods,
thanks for writing in. Andrea here from Themes2Go Customer Support.
Your issue is quite strange and in order to fix it, you can install a plugin called “WP Reset“, do a default reset of your WordPress installation and then try to install plugins and demo contents again.
Obviously, all your contents will be deleted.It can be also helpful, have a look at our installation video tutorial:
Keep me posted on that.
Andreain reply to: Demo Content Not loadingHello tipsynewt,
thanks for your feedback.
Our theme includes all the tool to let you build a professional Lifecoach website with ease: events, podcasts, team members, video etc. All in one product without installing any external plugins.All you have to do is to upload your images and contents. And this is up to you.
You don’t need to buy an expensive license of Photoshop, you can use free alternatives like GIMP or online tools like this https://www.photopea.com/Otherwise, if you don’t want to go with images editing you can reach it using WP Bakery Page Builder. I can support you on this, just send me here your website URL and explain to me where you want the black overlay.
Thanks

thanks for your patience and kind collaboration

Igorin reply to: Twitch VideoHello,
in order to get the video thumbnail on the header you need to upload a featured image in your video post page.in reply to: Add Video Steam SupportHello,
the easiest way to add a dark overlay over the image is using some graphics editor like Photoshop or Gimp. That’s the way we used to edit our images’ demo.in reply to: Dark overlay needed for pictureHello,
First of all make sure that the automatic video header is enabled.
In Appearance > Customize > Video please enable automatic video header and automatic video format.Then when creating a new video post make sure you’ve checked the video post format.
You can also follow our video tutorial regarding how to create a video post:

in reply to: Add Video Steam SupportHello!
Our product doesn’t natively include a central aligned feature for the footer but our developers provide you an easy way to implement it.First, make sure you are using the Lifecoach Child Theme.
Then find your child theme using your FTP client in wp-content -> Themes -> lifecoach-child and edit the file functions.php.At the end of the file paste this code snippet:
function lifecoach_widgets_init() { register_sidebar( array( 'name' => esc_attr__( 'Right Sidebar', "lifecoach" ), 'id' => 'lifecoach-right-sidebar', 'before_widget' => '<aside id="%1$s" class="col s12 m3 l12 qt-widget qt-content-aside %2$s">', 'before_title' => '<h5 class="qt-widget-title qt-inline-textdeco"><span>', 'after_title' => '</span></h5>', 'after_widget' => '</aside>' )); register_sidebar( array( 'name' => esc_attr__( 'Footer Sidebar', "lifecoach" ), 'id' => 'lifecoach-footersidebar', 'before_widget' => '<aside id="%1$s" class="qt-widget col s12 m12 l12 qt-ms-item %2$s">', 'before_title' => '<h5 class="qt-widget-title qt-inline-textdeco"><span>', 'after_title' => '</span></h5>', 'after_widget' => '</aside>' )); register_sidebar( array( 'name' => esc_attr__( 'Off Canvas Sidebar', "lifecoach" ), 'id' => 'lifecoach-offcanvassidebar', 'before_widget' => '<aside id="%1$s" class="qt-widget col s12 m3 l3 qt-ms-item %2$s">', 'before_title' => '<h5 class="qt-widget-title qt-inline-textdeco"><span>', 'after_title' => '</span></h5>', 'after_widget' => '</aside>' )); }
Save it and you should be ready to go.
Keep me posted if this workaround works for you.Have a good day,
Andreain reply to: FooterAs I can see there is no native support for embedding video from the website you’ve linked.
Said so, here a quick workaround:
First, right click on the video and click on “Open Video on a new tab” (I’m using Google Chrome)Then you will find the URL of the video on the address bar:
Now on your website, you can embed the video in your post using this shortcode:

You can use this process to embed videos from other website.
Hope this can help you,Andrea
