hi, I just checked, if I click on a city I see the list of events, but actually there is only one per city. Are you saying if you have many, they don’t appear?

1) I see the problem, we never tested with such long words, sorry. To fix it, you can temporary add this CSS in Appearance > Customize > CSS:

.qt-pageheader .qt-caption, .qt-herobox, .qt-caption {

    hyphens: auto;
}

2) I’m not sure I understand what you mean, so I took a screenshot of what I see. If you need to adjust the paddings, I’d suggest to edit the rows and columns of the titles. You can use PX sizes or, for a more responsive result, also percentages, as for example a 4% top and bottom. You need to make some tests to find the size that fits with your contents.

You can also use a mix of pixel and % adding the padding to the rows and to the columns.

3) In the event slider there are no arrows because there is no space, but there are the navigation dots, and you see the beginning of the next slider on the edge:

There is no space for arrows in mobile, this is like in the demo, if you with wo change the theme in order to change its behavior, of course is not a problem, but we have to keep the product in this wey because is how is proven to work better.

GENERAL:

4) You can add a category background for post categories. To do so, in the left WP menu, click Categories, then edit a category: you will see an image uploader field.

6) Technically, it is possible, in the practice it require quite some work, so we can’t provide this customization under the theme support rules, I’m sorry.

In WP Bakery Page Builder, you need to add a row with 3 columns.
Inside each one, add a text block center aligned.
Then add a background for each column, a little bit of padding top and bottom and you should be ready to go.

I’ve just installed and checked the plugin but it doesn’t work properly.
In order to get rid of the author name, you should edit the pages’ code. If you think so, I suggest you use the provided child theme.

Hello,
I can’t support you dealing with third-party plugins that could mess the code. Moreover, you don’t need plugins for mobile responsiveness because it is already managed by the WP Bakery Page Builder.

By the way, WP Bakery Page Builder blocks video backgrounds for mobile devices. A quick fix could be adding an image as row background so on a desktop will load the video and on mobile the image you set.

You should edit the row containing the video and then in “Design Options” Tab, choosing a background image. Check the image below:

If you wanna hide the entire row you need to edit it, select “Responsive Option” and then check “hide” on the mobile row.

Mobile has no support for video backgrounds, that function is not possible for mobile browsers. Nor you see it in our demos or other sites. Aside, this is Page Builder stuff, but is a global limitation, not of our theme alone.

Hi, you didn’t need PoEdit Pro, but is a cool software to go faster.
Anyway, you DON’T have to click UPDATE.
This procedure needs to be done only by us, to detect new strings in the theme.
You just need to perform the operations described in the manual.
Do NOT update. Just translate and save, then change the name of the files to the Dutch name (i don’t know the dutch code, but for example for spanish is es_ES, english can be en_EN or en_US so you have to find yours http://www.lingoes.net/en/translator/langcode.htm and use underscore not dash)

Hi, you are adding the video in the wrong way.
Please follow exactly the video tutorial from our manual, it is very simple.
be sure to select the VIDEO format for the post, and be sure, after adding the URL to the content, to click ENTER, so the url is transformed into an embedded video.

PS. after some more check it sounds a lot like a false positive.
Beware that some antivirus companies uses this method in order to “blackmail” website owners as you need to pay to inform McAfee that it was a false positive.

If there isn’t such threat or you are sure that the dangerous file is not dangerous, conseder that it could be your case.

Is a bit like a paparazzi asking money to not publish fake pictures.

if you are very sure that your site is clean, that’s your case.

this is because setting up social sharing details is not a task for the theme, as matter of fact, there are some very good plugins to craft it.
We recommend All In One SEO which has a fantastic part for setting up the social networks sharing titles, description and picture.
For Facebook sharings, you can also use a plugin called Facebook Thumbnail Fixer and set the preferred image.

First of all make sure that the automatic video header is enabled.
In Appearance > Customize > Video please enable automatic video header and automatic video format.

Hello, I don’t have a quick answer for you, but will fix it in next update.
We don’t have a precise date for the update, will work as fast as possible, I hope one or two weeks. Can’t grant same timing for the player update because it’s a pretty complex subject which requires lot of testing.

Also, Envato recently changed entirely the theme requirements, forcing to update every existing product. If we don’t do a deep update of the products they will be removed (means no updates and no support) so you may understand how important this is compared to new features, so we need to prioritize it.

That bug may arise due to corrupted TinyMCE files or due to a conflict with the code of another plugin that is installed on the server.
Try to disable first all the plugins and check if the issue persists. If the bug is fixed, re-activate one by one all the plugins and check which is bugged.

I have been looking at your home and can’t see where is cutted, I guess you maybe replaced the element with another shortcode.

By the way, in the places where titles appear cropped, is because leaving it full would break the layout, and this can’t be changed, I’m sorry.
You are free to add your own CSS for this to change this aspect, but it will lead to a cascade of issues, so I wouldn’t recommend such change.

Other elements, like the cards with background that you are using now in the home (so not the series cards) have options to choose a smaller size for titles.

Subtitles are cropped because otherwise the effect woldn’t know how much to move and this would lead to very bad effects results. This space is for small texts and not long taglines.
