You can choose to display reading time or video length by choosing standard post or video post in the single post settings.

Ok , the form is correctly set up, I’d suggest to try to set an URL for the privacy terms which is nowadays mandatary with the new GDPR regulations. I think with the new wordpress it won’t work without privacy URL. You should copy and paste the URL of the privacy that you create with the general WordPress Privacy settings.

Once you tested this, if you still have problems, it could be one of the following (really not a theme block so it will require testing, as it may depend on server or email settings).

1) install a plugin called WP SMTP, and configure it in order to use your email SMTP. Most of the servers now blocks anonymous emails sent from specific addresses, and if you have a decent server is very possible that this is the case. SMTP authentication will let you send emails.

2) Your email server itself is not allowing to send emails on behalf of third party applications, like GMAIL does for example, this is all a matter of your own email settings, which I can’t know, anyway there are usually parameters to allow sending emails from third party applications. This is an additional security level, as well used from some providers like gmail but also many private ones, like our servers.

In any case, the issue comes from your server or wordpress security, so these are all the possible info I can provide to help you identify the problem, please do some testing and see what works for you.

all YouTube channels have /channel/ URLs. These are the URLs the system allocates to each and every YouTube channel upon creation, to uniquely identify it to the system.

YouTube channels made before January 2012 all have /user/ URLs as well because those were the ones users picked for themselves, YouTube channels made from January 2012 to December 2014 could be given /user/ URLs if the user chose to do so, but didn’t have to have them

Based on the URL of your YouTube page you can add in the customizer the user id (https://www.youtube.com/user/QantumThemes) or the channel id (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCAz0aFUif5UceV3LBSBao2Q)

That explains it, Safari on Windows is discontinued since about 10 years 🙂
We have 8 different macs here, from Lion to High Sierra, and I grant you that the theme works perfectly on a real mac with a nearly updated safari, even a 2 or 3 years old works fine (tested on older ones as well).

Any other system is discontiuned (both from Apple and from Windows) so don’t worry as nobody can really use it on normal usage, we really care about browser compatibility and did a ton of testing.

Be sure to udpate the theme to latest version, otherwise the plugins won’t install correctly.

1. Demo contents should import all the data you see on the online demos including events. You haven’t filled with your data WordPress yet, I suggest you reinstalling the theme from scratch following this video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3le8M5oZN7U

Otherwise, if you need only the page template of that specific URL, I can send you the content of the page so you will need only to copy and paste it into a new event page.

4. In order to show the user avatar, you can use Gravatar or a third-party plugin called WP User Avatar. Easy fix!

In order to fix the problem, please try to reinstall from scratch the theme.

If you haven’t filled your website with contents yet, I suggest you install a plugin called Wp Reset and reset your WordPress installation. Then you can proceed with the theme installation.

Hello again, we just published an update on the t2g COnnector plugin (Theme Dashboard) that will avoid the error while using the parent theme.
Uninstall the plugin Theme Dashboard (also called t2g Connector) and reinstall it again: it will grab the latest version from our repository that doesn’t cause the issue.

Anyway I strongly recommend using the child theme because it will avoid problems when updating the theme to newer version, in case you need to apply any code customization in the future.

Hello, this error may be caused by 2 things:
1) Old PHP or WP version, please be sure to have PHP 7.1 minimum (7.2 recommended) and WP 4.9.6

2) You are activating the parent theme instead of the child theme as recommended in the manual. In this second case, if you go in themes and activate the child theme this can fix.

1) can you please explain what you mean for “the time info of the video” ?

2) Authors profile image: I know that plugin you are using, it was working fine time ago, but now is not working anymore. The theme extracts the avatar using the canonical functions of WordPress (is literally native WordPress code, not our own code) so the issue is in the plugin, not in the theme or in WordPress.
It is made to work with standard gravatars and they work pretty fine, so there isn’t any fix I can provide for this, as it’s already working as it should. The users should register to WordPress and upload their gravatar there in the standard way.

3) “Next video” length: issue found and fixed, i’m waiting if you can please explain better the point 1 so I can make an update on themeforest.
