Hello Sammy,
thanks for writing in. Andrea here from Themes2go Customer Support.
1. Currently WordPress and Vlogger doesn’t natively support HLS live streaming videos. You should look around for a third-party plugin but I can’t guarantee it will work well with the theme. I’ve done a little search for you. Have a look here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/videowhisper-live-streaming-integration/
By the way, for your live streaming you can go with YouTube or Twitch that are fully compatible with Vlogger.2. Self hosted video work as every other kind of supported video. Check your settings in the customizer and make sure that automatic video header is turned on.
In Appearance > Customize > Video please enable automatic video header and automatic video format.
Furthermore, check if your post format (inside each post) is set on VIDEO
Hope this can help you.
All the best,Andrea

Andreain reply to: Removing Space below the menu navHello!
To edit a page using the Page Builder, please find here the complete manual with video and screenshots:
https://wpbakery.com/video-tutorials/basically when you go on top of each element you’ll see a green pencil, that will let you edit the contents.
A useful tip is to not start from the homepage, that is usually the VERY last thing to edit. First take care of all the other pages, and the home page will be tons of time easier, because its parts are essentially obrained by using most of the other contents you created before (posts, products, videos and so on).
in reply to: How do I start?Hello,
it doesn’t work like this: the menu is the textual menu you manage in Appearance > Menu, while the social icons are the ones you manage in the Customizer.
The 2 sets of links (menu and social icons) are not related.
Social icons in Vlogger are only displayed in the secodary header, and there is no option to put them in the footer. What you try to do is not within the theme possibilities or options, I’m sorry.
You can edit the files manually, which would require to put<?php get_template_part('phpincludes/part-social' ); ?>
in the file
phpincludes/footerwidgets.php
Anyway, as the element is not meant to be displayed there, this customization will generte a cascade of design issues that we can’t help you address, because this type of code changes are not covered by the support terms, and if you are not a coder it would require some help from a professional.
Regards
Igorin reply to: social media in footerHello,
we suggest using a 16:9 proportion, so a 1600x900px image is normally perfect.
Is highly recommended to use the “save for web” export of Photoshop in order to optimize the compression and obrain smaller file sizes. Usually around 250Kb you get a good quality and a fast performance.

in reply to: Video not showing in header of postHello!
1) In order to get the video background work properly, try to add the YouTube link like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tYIWDsh0a6E not https://youtu.be/tYIWDsh0a6E.
2) In order to get the thumbnail automatically generated I suggest you add this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/video-thumbnails/. Have a look at this Vlogger video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tYIWDsh0a6E&list=PLCGMXZPzCkmZk2PvcZnep0xDJCx0LpCnL&index=6
Keep me posted on that.
Andreain reply to: Video not showing in header of postHello nomadsrtw,
thanks for writing in. Andrea here from Themes2go Customer Support.
I can’t check your website because only admin access is allowed.By the way, I try to answer your questions:
1) Which demo are you referring to?
2) This sounds a bit strange: did you properly set the thumbnail as featured image in the video post page?
3) Currently, Visual Composer manage the video background feature and it depends on user connection capabilities.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Andreain reply to: Video not showing in header of postHi Karo,
could you please send us your website URL? Probably the issue is fixed but we would check it before release the update. Thanks,
Andreain reply to: next video, wrong author, author profile photoThank you for the link, after checking the source code it looks like autoplay was only on slideshows and not on carousels, so a new option has been added to the shortcode.
Without letting you wait for the new theme version, you can download the new file here:https://www.dropbox.com/s/jtzp1stspmcpyke/short-carousel.php?dl=0
then via FTP replace the old one inwp-content/themes/lifecoach/ttgcore-setup/shortcodes
Then, refreshing the page you have the shortcode in, you’ll be able to edit the shortcode and add the autoplay.
If you have any issue please let me know
regards
Igorin reply to: Carousel Configuration or Slider CustomizationsSure can you please link the site?
in reply to: Carousel Configuration or Slider CustomizationsPerfect, we will make an official version checking all the details as soon as possible.
These weeks are a bit busy because of the new GDPR thing, as it requires us to update all the themes too, so can’t work on new features as WooCommerce for a few days, but don’t worry is the next thing on the list.in reply to: Problem at CheckoutThey already do, but they pause if you are on top with your mouse to prevent it from sliding if you are reading.
in reply to: Carousel Configuration or Slider CustomizationsHi,
the thing is that every time you import the demo, the contents are created again, and the items are added to the menu again.
if youw ant to completely “format” the website (removing also any content already exisgint, old posts and so on) you can use a plugin called WP reset, and then start over again.Warning: this will erase everything, brining your WordPress to the same state it was once installed.
The duplicated menu items you are mentioning can instead be managed in Appearance > Menu, where you can delete all the items and create new ones, or delete the entire menu, create your own, and in Menu Locations assign it to the main menu location.
in reply to: remove demoHello Karo,
our developers will release a quick fix for this.
I’ll keep you posted.Andrea
in reply to: next video, wrong author, author profile photoHi,
I just made a quick WooCommerce implementation.
All the fields should now look correctly and the usability should be granted.
Also, this new version will bring your color customizations to all the WooCommerce parts.
Please expect some small graphic details to be glitchy, it can happen, we can’t in this moment interrupt the working flow to jump to this project because we have other urgencies, but with this beta version you should be able to complete your ecommerce without any problem. This is the updated theme.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/6dqalfgd0ykhaom/vlogger-woocommerce-beta.zip?dl=0You can unzip it and replace it via FTP in wp-content/themes
i suggest to rename locally the folder like vlogger_new, upload it in wp-content/themes (along with the old theme version) and once done, you first rename the old vlogger folder to flogger_old and then rename vlogger_new to vlogger.
No other actions are required.
If you still have problems with any form field let me know.
This is the best I can do in the short time…
Thanks!Igor
in reply to: Problem at CheckoutCan you please link us a product to test? Maybe we can provide a quick temporary fix.
in reply to: Problem at CheckoutHello Sandro,
this is because Woocommerce is not fully compatible with Vlogger yet but you are not the first person asking for it.
So we are going to provide an update including Woocommerce compatibility next week.
I’ll keep you posted on this.Have a good day,
Andreain reply to: Problem at CheckoutHello Immanuel624Tea,
thanks for writing.
Could you please send me your website URL to check what the problem is about?
Thanks in advance,Andrea
in reply to: Menu DisasterHello Stephen,
all the steps you wrote are possible and you can include theme easily.
Follow this:- On your backend, create a page with “Page Full Width Boxed” Template.
- Then Add the video gallery shortcode with default settings
- Now, click on Classic Mode and this will allow you to edit the code of the shortcode
- Edit
[videolove]
to[videolove showpreview=”no”]
. This will open the related video page, not the preview. - On your single video page, add your content and events (you can choose from the shortcode list what fits better you needs)
Keep me posted on this.
All the best,Andrea
