You’re welcome π
in reply to: WPBakery Page Builder PluginHello idgraphicslive,
thanks for writing in. Let’s see how to solve your issue:1) the social bar on the left is added via code on:
- single post
- single testimonial
- single video
- single team member
- single event
In order to add the social bar on a new page, you could use the Default Template Page
https://imgur.com/a/02Q0XAll the others Template Page do not include the social bar.
Furthermore, there is no native option to disable it in the theme but you can hide it using a single line of CSS code. Try this:In your backend go to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS and paste this line of code:
.qt-sharepage {display:none}
2) In the pre-installed Wp Bakery Page Builder, there are no shortcodes regarding Social Profiles. Wp Widget – Social Profiles doesn’t come bundled with our theme, maybe you’ve installed some third-party plugins? Could you add some details to this point? If you can send me a screenshot of the issue it will help me understand it.
3) The contact page template doesn’t include the sidebar. In order to get your result, I suggest you create a new page on the default template page and then add a custom form with Contact Form 7 (included with the theme)
Hope this can help you.
If you have any other questions I’d be happy to help you.Have a good day,
Andreain reply to: Multiple IssuesHello OmniScriptum, this is an update regarding LeanPress 3.
We have been working until now on the update, and it seems the new version is more a completely different plugin (by the integration point of view) than a simple update. This means that we are now working from scratch for the integration and it may take a little while more than what previously stated.
Please stick with LearnPress 2.2 until we finish the theme update, that will more reliably be ready in about 10 days.
You can download previous LearnPress versions here
https://wordpress.org/plugins/learnpress/advanced/Choose the version at the bottom of the page and install it manually (plugins > New > Upload).
I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but the way this plugin has been updated is really unusual and seems made in a way to completely break themes with previous compatibility, therefore it requires an unusual amount of work for the update.
Please accept our apologies and patience a bit for the update.
You can work with the 2.2 version and create your courses and content, then once 3.3 is ready you can update it without problems.Best regards
Igorin reply to: How about LearnPress 3 Support?Hello, LearnPress 3 is out since 5 days, we still didn’t finish the theme update.
We are now in the middle of the update process and is reliable to expect a theme update within a couple of days (friday afternoon probably will be public).
You can quickly go back to the 2.2.1 using this plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rollback/Is there anything else I can help with?
in reply to: How about LearnPress 3 Support?Ok, now all is clear.
You should not be worried about that warning because it will not affect the performance of your website and we will include the newest version of WP Bakery Page Builder soon in the next release of our product.
Just the time to test it and check if everything works fine. πThanks,
Andreain reply to: WPBakery Page Builder PluginHi there!
During last weeks we’ve rolled out some new theme’s updates.
Could you please check if you have installed the latest version of the product? Thanks,
Andreain reply to: WPBakery Page Builder Pluginin reply to: Mobile CapabilityHello and thanks for contacting us. I’ll go through your popints one by one.
1) This works only if you are creating a POST using
- Video post format
- and using the normal or Tutorial template
In these templates, if you have the video header active and selecting “hide first video” it will be stripped from the content.
It will work only if the video is the first content of the page.
As you are not providing your site URL is a bit hard ot say what’s wrong in your case, but please have a look at our video tutorial and you’ll maybe notice something in the process that is missing. Some additional info:
http://www.themes2go.xyz/vlogger-video-wordpress-theme/tutorials/how-to-create-a-video-post-in-wordpress/Video tutorial (the Video Thumbnail plugin is optional):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ojzZXzAXDQs2) Video format (not full screen)
The video has this format to fit on the screens, if it would go full screen it would be higher than the browser window height and you wouldn’t be able to see it entirely (it would be vertically cropped) while keeping it boxed you can see it all, then you can click the fullscreenbutton if you want a fullscreen experience.3) ( seems to block the bar for moving forward \ backward the video ) we cna’t reproduce the issue, everything works fine on our site, if you have a link with the issue I can test on your site.
4) You have to edit a file: template-video.php
comment with a // or remove the line 29// echo do_shortcode('[vlogger-videocarousel serie_id="'.esc_html( get_query_var("vlogger_serie_in", null) ).'" current_video_id="'.get_the_id().'"]' );
You can then copy the file in the child theme to save the customization across upcoming updates.
Looking forward for your feedback with possibly links to your pages, thanks!
Igorin reply to: Few Issues Re Video PostsIssue detected, it’s happening only in mobile with Podcast type elements.
It has been fixed in the upcoming theme version, but you can already apply the fix. Please copy this code and add it to the custom CSS in Appearance > Customize > CSS.slick-slider .qt-item .qt-part-archive-item.qt-item-podcast { padding-bottom: 50px; }
Thanks
in reply to: Mobile CapabilityHi, since we introduced the Theme Dashboard the update process is now easier but we still didn’t udpate the manual. Page Composer is now updated as any other plugin, via Theme Dashboard:

in reply to: Post Grid configuration questionHello!
I’m really sorry but I don’t understand really where you mean, can you put a picture maybe?
Thanks!
Igorin reply to: Mobile CapabilityYes, you are right. In order to get rid of the message you will need to update the theme so then it will disappear from the updates list.
Have a good day,
Andreain reply to: WPBakery Page Builder PluginThanks for your feedback.
There are 2 possible reasons:
1) Your server has an outdated PHP version be sure you run at least PHP7
2) You have other pre-installed plugins causing the problem.
Uninstall EVERY plugin before activating the theme.
Looking forward for your response
regards
Igorin reply to: Activation issuesHello,
WPBakery Page Builder is a required plugin for our product but you don’t need to pay to get it updated. The theme provides bundled plugins such as WPBakery Page Builder or others. Due to Envatoβs licensing rules, we provide the plugins as a built-in feature provided under a Bundle extended license, which forbids us to provide License Certificate and Purchase Code to our customers. We can provide pluginβs updates only when we provide a new version of the theme. This because we need to test the new plugin versions with the theme and be sure that everything works well together before distributing the theme.
It will be our duty to provide fast updates in case security issues or severe WordPress incompatibilities appears.
If you see any message asking to provide a purchase code of the bundled plugins, you can discard it.

in reply to: Activation issuesHello Video2go,
in order to increase the elements number without editing the source code you have to just switch to “Classic Mode” and change the number of “quantity” parameter. Check the image as reference:By the way, an update referring to an old post you wrote herehttps://www.themes2go.xyz/helpdesk/forums/topic/blog-page-modification-question/: we are developing an update for Vlogger that will add custom background feature for categories. The update will be available within a month.
If you have any other questions I would be happy to answer.
Have a good day,Andrea
in reply to: Post Grid configuration questionThanks for new information, it is very clear that you need to edit the fields.
Actually, what you have to do is to use Contact Form 7 instead (provided with the theme) and I’ll now explain you why:
The contact form plugin provided with the theme is an alternative solution, a “Plug And Play” system without settings, for those who doesn’t want to edit fields and stuff, avoiding the mess of configuring Contact Form 7.
For its simplicity, it doesn’t have settings like changing fields (otherwise it would have been messy like CF7) but if your needs are to edit the contents of the form, you’ll then need to use the more professional solution (Contact Form 7) instead of the simple Contacts plugin.
I hope my explanation was clear, if you still have any doubt please let me know.
Regards

in reply to: wordpress LifeCoach 3 theme required plugins missingI’ve just tested it on my pc and it works. Quite strange.
As I can see the class qt-center is in the code but it doesn’t affect your layout.
So try to add the class qt-center to the container:
on line 93 add qt-center as shown on this code snippet<div class="qt-container qt-center">
Keep me posted.
Andreain reply to: How to centrally align footer.Inside our theme, we’ve added the possibility to edit text strings via Poedit so every user can translate or change text parts in an easy and fast way without coding.
in reply to: How to change the contact fields on contact pageIt’s not about translating the theme. It’s about creating a new translation file with the same language you are using and editing text strings via PoEdit instead of manually editing the php code.
This is the simplest way to achieve your result.
