Hello, please be sure that you are using a recipient email address within the same domain of your website. If your site is http://www.majesta.com you can’t send emails to majesta@gmail.com, because it is now globally frbidden by most of the hosting prviders for anti-spam reasons.
The theme tries to send it, but WordPress itselfs blocks it.
You can only send emails to address within the same domain (info@majesta.com or similar xxxxx@majesta.com).

If you still have any issue after fixing this, please provide a screenshot of your contact settings (you can post it using droplr.com or imgur.com). We will see what’s wrong and help you further, but fix the address first please.

Hello Terrence, as is explained in our product description and manuals, the images are not part of the product, as are premium images that are licensed to us without permission of redistribution.
The theme is a software to create the website and the demo contents are pre-built website pages and settings, of course you have to put your own pictures and contents to create your personal site.

Ok, as you were unsure I checked the plugin for you, and they say you can’t edit the HTML.
This would have been better because their HTML output is correct but NOT 100% good, anyway we can fix the end result by addig some CSS.
Please copy/paste this in the CSS of your theme (in Appearance > Customize > CSS

.gform_body .gfield_checkbox label, .gform_body .gfield_radio label { padding-left: 30px !important; }

This should fix the result (my test: https://d.pr/free/i/cgElQ9 https://d.pr/free/i/AHAVAH)

first of all, I wouldn’t suggest you hide dates from posts for SEO reasons. Just do a search on Google for details.

For this reason, we will not add this feature to the theme. By the way, I’ve just done a search for you and it seems you can get it via a third-party plugin.

you can try to add a Visual Composer Image Gallery shortcode that will allow you to create media gallery with external links.
It includes lots of settings so just try it e choose what fits better your needs.

the background color doesn’t affect the header. You can choose to edit via Visual Composer, hide it or set a featured image.

Hello there,
the email needs to be in same domain as the site otherwise it’s blocked for security reasons. Is the same thing also in Contact Form 7, is a new standard security since few weeks in the entire WordPress.

If this is a problem you can create a mail redirect in your domain like contact@mydomain.com and redirect emails via MX to your real address where youo want it to arrive.

Few days ago, another customer had the same issue and he fixed it. Have a look to the topic here: https://www.themes2go.xyz/helpdesk/forums/topic/contacts-page-invalid-recipient/

Hi, this is because setting up social sharing details is not a task for the theme, as matter of fact there are some very good plugins to craft it.
We recommend All In One SEO which has a fantastic part for setting up the social networks sharing titles, description and picture.
In alternative you fan use Facebook Thumbnail Fixer, to set just the image.

After setting up the plugin you can use this page to refresh the Facebook cached results:

you can edit the sidebar by going on Appeareance -> Widgets -> Right Sidebar
Here you can choose and edit widgets that fits better your needs.

Thanks Lynne, so your language code is en_US, so once edited the translation file with Poedit starting from the original .pot file, save it as en_US.po (not pot). It will generate also another file (.mo).
Place both in the languages file of the theme, sdisable any caching or performance plugin you may be using in the site (to be sure they are not preventing you from seeing an updated page version) and check if it worked.

Please try this: when you edit the page, in the top right corner of your window, there is a button “Page attributes”.
Click it and it will open a panel with some checkboxes.
In those, there must be one called “page attributes”.
Once enabled, you’ll see the panel with the page templates.

If for any reason the procedure doesn’t work, and you are using any kind of external plugin not provided with the theme, it is possible that this plugin is interferring with the theme, so please try to disable it.

Hi teampicchi, i’m sorry but it looks like you didn’t read at all the manual page that was linked by my collegue in the first answer

You have to create a translation file using the language code of the language you are using in the wordpress theme, and following the manual create the .po and .mo for your own language, then translate only the strings you want to change.
If your site is in english you can use en_EN, if is american english you should use en_US.

In either ways, please start by reading the manual, otherwise we would be simply copying and pasting here the same identical content.
The .po file is not a txt and needs to be compiled, as described in the manual.

If still something is unclear please let us know.

you should never add javascript in any input field of WordPress for security reasons.
You can add Adwords in our Ad Manager via shortcode provided by third-party plugins.

Thanks, if you see that message it means the email is incorrect. Is a native control on the email address performed with a PHP function.
It can be triggered because of invalid characters in the email field, for example spaces, accents or other symbols.
Please delete the emmail field, and write it from cratch (no copy and paste) and it should work fine.

Also, be sure you have PHP version > 7.1. Even an outdated PHP version can be causing the issue.
