Hello,
what I suggested is the easiest way to edit the title “Testimonial”.
You can also change by editing the theme’s code but I sincerely don’t recommend it.

Buongiorno, vedo che il sito è in italiano, spero di fare cosa gradita rispondendo in italiano.
Noto che sono state fatte delle modifiche CSS allo slider, dove ora il titolo appare “spostato”. Consiglierei innanzi tutto di rimuovere o migliorare la modifica perchè vedo i titoli sovrapporsi al menu:

Hi,
we can’t solve the incompatibility issue because it seems that WP Pro Ads plugin is including an old version of Kirki component for its customizer that overwrites ours.
In our theme, we include the latest version of Kirki so maybe you can refer to the plugin’s developers to fix the issue.

Are you experiencing other issues using the customizer? If it is only a color picker issue, I suggest you deactivate the plugin until you ended the theme customization and then reactive it.

I am sorry for the delay but your ticket arrived during the weekend closing of our office.
About your issue, there isn’t a specific setting in the customizer and you have to manage it with some lines of CSS code.
In your backend, go to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS and paste this lines of code:

.qt-slider-caption h2{font-size: 30px}

You can change the font-size to fit your needs.

in order to fix your issue, you have to simply download the new version of the theme from Themeforest and install it again. This will solve the problem.

Question: actually the original post medium visualicazion is like this:

so the metas (author and date) have its own row.

If we go on a single line like your picture (http://aqa.c24live.com/img/qt-part-archive-item-title-need.jpg) there will be a problem if you want to put 4 elements in the row (even deleting the author).

So you won’t be able to use 4 elements per row, as it will probably break the design (title and date don’t fit in the row).

is it ok?

I don’t recommend you add the HTML directly to the theme code.
You can search for some third-party plugins on WordPress repository and find out which fits better your needs. Just do a search here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/

By the way, the row containing your shortcodes has a check on “Add container”.
If you want I can send you the Visual Composer raw code of the main page, so you can have the same structure of the main demo homepage.

Hi,
as I wrote in the 1) point, the default header background doesn’t appear because is a Visual Composer page. Your page is a Visual Composer page and you can easily check it by editing the page: in the right column, there is a tab where you can choose the template for that specific page. Surely your page has the Visual Composer template.

By the way, in order to fix it you have to edit the row containing the Hero Box and then adding a picture as background.

Hello!
I see you are making a bit of confusion with the settings.
The important thing to know is that the customizer setting are bypassed by the page settings.
This means that whatever settings you have in customizer, you can change it for single pages.

In you video we clearly see that in the test 1 you are leaving the header “deafault”, so it takes customizer settings (which you have at the beginning “transparent”.
In the second attmpt you are setting the header “transparent” for the page (again, it correctly appear transparent).
Then, after you have the page setting “transparent” you try to change the customizer setting to opaque, but as you have the page setting on trasparent, the customizer global setting is ignored.

Just edit the page, and set the page setting to opaque, and set the customizer setting to opaque. Then where you want the header transparent, you can change it for a single page.

Hello chadnellis, thanks you for the considerations about our helpdesk. The limitations about the screenshot uploading are because we don’t know what people would upload in our servers and therefore we suggest other common ways to send us screenshots, like droplr or imgur.com.
People may have infected computers and upload dangerous files, therefore as you don’t want your same computer infected by visiting our site, we don’t allow file upload by anyone. As there is plenty of alternative solutions, I think this security restriction is not causing any damage.

Thanks for the suggestions but as 99% of the support requests are about people not reading the manual, this helpdesk is more than good for the purpose, and we don’t need more complex solutions as zendesk, but thanks again for your feed.

As you saw yourself, the demo installation was working fine.

1) In the linked page, the default header background doesn’t appear because is a Visual Composer page. You should digg a bit the theme pages so to see their functionality and structure. Default header is used in every page that is not visual composer and doesn’t have another specified image.

2) It looks like in the testimonial shortcode, somehow, you are only displaying 1 testimonial. It could be because of number limitation, category filtering, or id filtering. We are 100% sure that the testimonial carousel works fine so it must be a setting issue. If you can’t find the problem, please send us a screenshot of the settings of the element from Visual Composer (using droplr or imgur.com).

3) You have the Page Composer active otherwise your homepage would have been empty and displaying a tons of shortcodes on top of a white screen. So don’t worry about this, is all working fine.

sorry for the delay but it took a while to analyze your situation about podcasts.
Our theme as you saw uses a custo taxonomy while your plugin PowerPress can only link to categories. There is a limitation on the plugin and there is actually no “quick fix” for this. I’m sorry but it looks like you have to find another plugin able to customize which taxonomy to link OR you talk to the plugin author and ask him the possibility to customize this setting.
