Hello, we just checked the code and saw no issues that can prevent translation. Just as a formality, I just personally changed it a bit to see if a different function will retreive the correct string. Please download this patched file

and you have then 2 ways:
1) If you are using the child theme as suggested in the manual, you can create a folder (phpincludes) in the child theme folder, and place this file there, otherwise…
2) Replace this file in the folder vlogger/phpincludes
Remember that each time you update theme, using this second way, you’ll have to reupload this custom file, so the method 1 (child theme) is much better.

   IMPORTANT: THE DEMO CONTENT INSTALLATION WILL ERASE EXISTING CONTENTS AND SETTINGS. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BACKUP YOUR CONTENTS BEFORE PROCEEDING

About your question, what you want to do is possible using lots of different plugins. It depends on your newsletter provider.
This is again NOT theme territory and I can only point you to the some solutions but is not part of our support service, because the request regards functions that are not theme features.

Your issue could have been generated by some third-party plugins you’ve installed on WordPress. In order to fix it try to deactivate all the unnecessary plugins and test again your website.

our images on Woocommerce are 690×690 pixel. You can use any dimension but I suggest you to crop your image with a square ratio.

1. you can change the video in homepage by editing the row which contains the video via WPBakery Page Builder. See the image as reference

2. I don’t totally understand what section you are talking about but It concerns the sidebar contents. You can reorder the elements in sidebars and off canvas sidebar by going to Appearance -> Widgets

3. Currently, there is no possibility to show the category on the store because we have simply styled the original Woocommerce template without adding extra elements to product card.

As I can see from your website there is nothing wrong.
In order to add testimonials to your website please check this manual’s page: http://www.themes2go.xyz/manuals/lifecoach/knowledge-base/2-4-testimonials/

It could also be a permalink issue: go to Settings -> Permalink and just save again the permalink settings.

As I can see you haven’t cURL enabled on your server. You can fix the issue by enabling cURL on your server if you have direct access to the server control panel, otherwise you should ask to your hosting provider to do so.

Another way to fix it is by installing manually the plugin: you can download T2G Theme Dashboard from the server from this URL http://www.themes2go.xyz/plugins_repo/lifecoach/t2gconnectorclient-1.3.4.zip.

our theme is based on Material Design principles to maintain a harmony between the elements and provide a consistent color pattern. An easy fix for your issue, as written in the manual, could be adding extra CSS code.
Try this: go to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS and copy this CSS line:

.qt-menubar a {color:#000}

You can choose the HEX color you want by replacing #000 with your favorite tint.

Back to your issue, now:

1) The theme uses a featured player for YouTube, Vimeo and MP4 videos. This is the only way to provide all the functions included in the product such as responsive embedding, internal cues and more. For this reason, you can’t have other native functions as links in the videos from Vimeo or Youtube.

you can add banners and other HTML content on top of the videos using the ADS slots that you find in the customizer.

Of course the content is unique for any video.
Unfortunately as you are not linking your site we can’t understand your specific usage and can’t provide more appropriate solutions.

2) Mobile: the theme is widely tested on iOS and Android, the video player works perfectly on both systems using the native players. We are not able to reproduce any of the mentioned problems across several testing devices.

Hello, it looks like you have wordpress importer plugin installed.
Please uninstal it before importing the contents, because our importer has an improved version of the default WP library.

2) Colors: if you are having this issue, it means probably your theme version or the TTG Core Plugin are outdated. Please update your theme from themeforest and update TTG Core plugin (theme core) to the latest version.

here a response to your questions:
1. Pinterest: I’ve just tried sharing a post on Pinterest from your blog and it works fine finding the featured image you choose for the post. I can’t understand what it is the problem.

2. Load time: your website contains lots of images not optimized for the web: for example, on the homepage, you have the intro image of the couple which is 1.29MB. And so on for the other images around the website. It’s not a theme’s problem, it’s an image loading time problem. Just optimize your images under 200/300 Kb each one and your website will load a way better.

3. Colors: I don’t think it’s a theme bug, but it depends on how you’ve imported the text content inside of WordPress. Check every bugged post from your WordPress text editor in Code Mode and see if you have some strange tag in your paragraph. This can happen when you copy and paste from Word for example.
