Hello grandxadmiral,
Andrea here from Themes2go Customer Support.
Currently, you can reduce the header size only on pages and not on custom post types such as podcast, videos or events.By the way, you can set a short header for all headers by going on your backend and then Appearance -> Customize -> Header and switching the header size option from fullscreen to short. Check the image below
Hope this can help you.
Have a good day,Andrea
in reply to: Podcast page headersHi,
this is the code from an image with caption added on one of our demo online and it works fine:[caption id="attachment_1232" align="alignnone" width="1170"]<a href="http://themes2go.xyz/demos/vlogger/vlogger-food/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/DEMO-IMG.jpg"><img class="size-large wp-image-1232" src="http://themes2go.xyz/demos/vlogger/vlogger-food/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/DEMO-IMG-1170x658.jpg" alt="This is the alt text" width="1170" height="658" /></a> This is the caption[/caption]
I compared this to the one you posted and the syntax is the same.
Before proceeding to the second level support, can you please disable all the plugins not bundled with the theme and check if the issue persists? Thanks,
Andreain reply to: Images in posts with captions won't linkHello Grand Adventure,
Andrea here from Themes2go Customer Support and I will assist you with your request.
The issue is very strange because the theme did not overwrite the native WordPress functions for images or media in general.I’ve just tried to add an image with caption inside a post on a fresh Vlogger installation and it works fine so the problem could be somewhere else, for example using third-party plugins.
One question: did you set the “link to” parameter to “Media file”? Check the image below:I look forward to hearing you.
Andreain reply to: Images in posts with captions won't linkHello,
I can’t check the issue on your website but our theme doesn’t zoom the image. The image has two CSS properties:
`background-size: cover;
background-position: center center;`The image you choose as the featured image for a post will be centered horizontally and vertically and extended to its container.
In this demo page http://themes2go.xyz/demos/lifecoach-professional/blog-cards/ we use this kind of size
Hope this can help you.
Have a good day,Andrea
in reply to: Newsletter Support and Search ButtonHello Olivier,
Andrea here from Themes2go Customer Support.
There is no native option in the theme but you can hide it using a single line of CSS code. Try this:In your backend go to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS and paste this line of code:
.qt-sharepage {display:none}
Let me know if this work for you.

in reply to: how to remove the social bar on the leftHello theghost,
you can easily add a button to the header in many ways but I’ll tell how you can do it by simply using Visual Composer and our Ads Manager.- In a new page create a button with default Visual Composer button like this: http://d.pr/i/RX4dbc
- After setting up all the button fields, on the top left corner of the page switch to classic mode and copy the shortcode snippet http://d.pr/i/4QHCG3
- Then go to Appearance -> Customize -> Ads Manager -> Menu Bar. Open the editor and paste the shortcode snippet you’ve copyed few moments ago http://d.pr/i/qiOISE
Save it and you’re ready to go.
Let me know if this work for you.Have a good day,

in reply to: Problem with contactThis behavior is quite strange, if you provide me the URL of your website I can check it what is wrong.
in reply to: Newsletter Support and Search ButtonHello,
As I wrote below, this is a workaround to let all the devices have a background image that covers its container. It will always be cropped.
We suggest an image with a width of 1600px, the height it’s up to you. Try 1600px x 500px. All our images in the demo are 1600px wide with a height range from 900px to 1200px.Regards,
Andreain reply to: Newsletter Support and Search ButtonHello hnhm,
regarding the first question, video archive page can’t open your videos in modal because it works as the same way of other archive pages (for example podcast, testimonial, etc.). You can’t open your videos on a modal directly from the archive page. For the header image, we use a CSS property called “cover” (more details here: https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_background-size.asp) that resize the background image to cover the entire container, even if it has to stretch the image or cut a little bit off one of the edges.
If you resize your window’s browser you can see how it works and this helps a lot in terms of responsivity through different kind of devices and resolution, from desktop to mobile.

in reply to: Home page video not playing in Mobile & TabsHello Kiran,
in order to set a new homepage just go in Settings -> Reading and choose your Front Page display homepage. See the image as reference: http://d.pr/i/X7N5pEKind regards,
AndreaHi Kiran, this is not a bug or a settings problem, simply on mobile is not possible at all to use background videos, they are blocked on every device for a security device limitation. You can upload a background image on the row of the video to have an alternative background for mobile.
Regards
Igorin reply to: Home page video not playing in Mobile & TabsHello Boris,
I’ve sent you an email this morning (GMT+1). Did you read it?
I’ve included some details that may can help you.in reply to: Social network profiles problemHello,
instead of using the video shortcode, just create a new page and set the template to “Archive Videos”. This will add the pagination after 9 items.
See the image: http://d.pr/i/zE4LxTFor the second question, in Visual Composer you can create a row, then divide it into 4 columns and add on each one an image.
All the best,
Andreain reply to: Newsletter Support and Search ButtonHello Boris,
I’ve just answered to you via mail. Check it and let me know if you can fix the problem.Have a good day
in reply to: Social network profiles problemHello BorisKLIS,
the secondary header is meant to be used firstly for an alternative navigation or for sub-pages and later for displaying social network. If there is not a secondary menu, no secondary header will be displayed. Now let’s see how to fix your problem: it seems you haven’t set a secondary menu yet.
So just create another menu under Appearance -> Menus. No problem if you leave it empty.
Save it and then go to Customize -> Menus -> Menu you’ve just created -> and check the box “Secondary Menu”.See the image below: http://d.pr/i/nL2dLz
This should work for you.Keep me posted on this.

in reply to: Social network profiles problemHello Boris,
thanks for writing in. Your issue is very strange and it is probably referred to some misconfigurations, so I need to investigate it.
For this reason, I need your website URL and a screenshot of your backend showing your settings in Social Network and Header tab of customizer.I’m looking forward to hear you.
Regardsin reply to: Social network profiles problemJust simply crop your image with a square ratio, maybe 1600x1600px will fit all your needs. For the video featured image just create your image with 16:9 ratio. In our demos, the video featured images are 2550 × 1434 pixels.
Have a good day,
Andreain reply to: Newsletter Support and Search ButtonHello,
I am sorry but that editor is not part of our theme and it’s added by some extra plugins. As I said before try to deactivate all plugins and refresh the podcast filter page and see if the text editor is still visible.I’ve just checked on my local website with a fresh and updated WordPress and theme installation and there is no text editor on filter page at all.
The header is black because you haven’t set a default background header image; you can do it by going on your WP backend -> Appearance -> Customize -> Header
Check this image as reference: http://d.pr/i/TDGoM8
You can find more details concerning this kind of customizations on this manual’s page: http://www.themes2go.xyz/manuals/lifecoach/knowledge-base/customizing-your-website/Images with a width of 1600px (min dimension 1600x500px) will work fine for all your headers including the video ones.
Hope this can help you.

Andreain reply to: Installation problem: "Install Demo"I am sorry I got it wrong. I thought you need to edit the header image of the homepage instead of a single normal page.
In order to change the header background image of your page you need to edit it and add a featured image to the box positioned on the right bottom corner of the page
See this image as reference: https://d.pr/oMz2Nr
This should fix easily your issue.
Keep me posted on this.Andrea
in reply to: Header image not appearingHello wpruitt,
Andrea here from Themes2go Customer Support and I’ll assist you with your request.
The setting you found in Customize -> Header is the default background image of your website.
In order to change the homepage header background, you should edit the page with Visual Composer, find the first row containing your hero titles and edit its background.See this image as reference: http://d.pr/i/jd8vnD
If you have any other issues feel free to ask me.
