As you can see in the debugging information your email settings are not working. This is totally independent of the theme software and until you don’t have a positive result from the test we have no way to help you.

you can’t upload your own images to Icons2go Library but you can upload them as image.

1 – You have to set the new page you’ve created as website front page. Just go to your backend -> Setting -> Reading and here select the new Front page. Now the logo should point to the new homepage.

2 – It’s always a good thing have the theme and all plugins updated. So yes, go for it automatically – your contents and settings will not be affected.

Hello, it looks like your server may require to set up an SMTP account on WordPress to send emails from a form. Look for a plugin called WordPress SMTP (it has about a million of installations) it will allow you to set up your email address credentials in order to authenticate the automated wordpress emails, in this way it whould work.
is a common thing nowadays because of the growing spam issue.
If you still have problems please post a screenshot of your actual contact form setup.

It’s very strange that the Customizer doesn’t work. I suppose it’s related to some third party plugins that you’ve installed on your website.
If so, I suggest you disable all the unnecessary plugins and then reactivate one by one in order to see which is causing the problem.

Try this: in Visual Composer add a new text block and then paste the ConvertKit shortcode as described in the tutorial (http://d.pr/i/DLOXe7).
You should be able to use it like our Mailchimp integration.

Hello, I’m very sory sorry, but, as you can see in our demos, there is no post template without sidebar. To achieve it you need to add your own template files to the child themes, but the support doesn’t cover this kind of custom coding and customizations.
