1) to translate the contact form you have to translate the Contact Form plugin, it has its own “languages” folder, and you cna translate it using the standard method described in the manual in the Translations page.

Hi khyoz, that’s not because of the plugin version, we are still in test with wp 4.9 and the old visual composer version, no issues detected.
We have no reports of similar issues and we are in all our demo sites now with wp 4.9 and past visual compsoer versions, making updates this morning to the pages and was working fine.

Really, we are using this version all day long, and works fine. You seem to have an issue related with something elase, please delete visual composer and reinstall it with the automatic installer.
Also, just in case, be sure to have latest theme version.

In order to remove the hover effect on your menu buttons go on your backend and then Appearance -> Additional CSS and paste this snippet:

currently the autoplay video background works only on desktop. It’s an already known Visual Composer issue that blocks video from starting automatically on mobile devices (It seems due to security and bandwidth saving reasons).

What I can suggest you is to add a background image on the row containing the video background as shown in the image below.

Also, I’m seeing as you said that you have set all the locations to London. For this reason it can only show 1 dot (all the dots are perfectly overlapped). If you set different locations it will make more sens to display the map, otherwise is not very useful for the visitors if all the events are in the same location.

PS I closed the previous topic because was a duplicated of this. I just saw your page

It works perfectly and the map shows correctly.
You can see a street on the left.
It is very “close” on the location because you have only 1 event, the plugin is created to display multiple events and calculate the maximum level of zoom to fit all the events in the box.

As you have only 1 it appears very “zoomed”. Until you don’t have more than 1 event in different location, doesn’t really make lot of sense to use the map in the events archive page, I’d suggest to temporary hide it.

Anyway, people can zoom out and see more of the area.

Hello, if the map is grey is because you didn’t add the Google Maps API key to the QT Places options.
Please go in Settings > QT Places, you will see a link to the google Maps api key at the top of the settings page, follow the link and read carefully ALL the instructions prompted on the google page.

You have to
1) Create a project on the Google API page
2) Enable the google maps api
3) Create an API key for google maps within your project
4) Copy that code (is like a long string of characters) and place it in the QT Places settings page

The plugin has its own manual, is in PDF and is inside of the Life Coach product zip file you downloaded from Themeforest. In the manual you have all the information regarding the plugin in detail.

Without the plugin you won’t be able to set maps and location details for the events, all the rest will still work fine.

1. I’ve just checked and it seems that there is a little bug in CSS code. I’m going to talk with developers in order to solve it. I’ll keep you posted on that.
2. You can edit the row including the testimonial slideshow shortcode. You can choose 3,5 or 7 testimonial. See this image as reference http://d.pr/i/5gOLGz

3. Footer can be edited by going via your WordPress backend and then Appearance -> Widget -> Footer Sidebar

4. You can edit the Off Canvas Sidebar by going on your website backend and then Appearance -> Widgets -> Off Canvas Sidebar. See the image http://d.pr/i/Jr9hSw
5. The error you see is caused by a missing Google API in QT Places plugin. In order to solve it follow these instructions:
   – Please go in Settings > QT Places. It will ask you to add a Google Maps API key, there is a link pointing you at the Google API page.
   – Please login with any Google account (like Gmail) and follow the instructions.
   – Please remember to “activate” the api for maps (you’ll see at a point the “Activate” button at the top of the screen.
   – Then use your API key in the plugin settings to start using the QT Places plugin.

   You can’t replace it with a picture because this plugin works only with maps. Maybe you can try to use the “Event Shortcode”. More info here: http://www.themes2go.xyz/manuals/lifecoach/knowledge-base/theme-shortcodes/

Hello rubin1,
your issue may be caused by 2 reasons:

• Some thirdy party installed plugin: From the source code of your website I see you installed the Jetpack plugin. Try deactivating it and see if the video starts
• Auto Video post detect setting: Go in your backend -> Appearance -> Customizer -> Video settings. The Auto Video Post Detect setting must be set to on

If these workarounds don’t work please send me a screenshot of your backend including the content of a post that doesn’t work.

Hello Julio, it seems there was a variable with an old name in the event archive page template. We checked all the other files and the issue was only related with this particular page.
It is now fixed for the upcoming theme version but you can already download the updated file here:

Then you can upload it cia FTP in you server under

I see that you have duplicated content because you imported twice the demo contents.

Anyway to have the elements in full width be sure to use the Visual Composer page template while creating the page (on the right column of the page editor) and be sure to NOT add a container to the rows in Visual Composer.

Hello JustinDiego, switching theme doesn’t delete ANY customization or content, NOR it changes the contents or changes the imported demo pages.
There must be some wrong setting or missing file in your theme installation.
We just RE-TESTED the whole procedure 5 minutes ago without seeing any problem in the process.

You can switch theme as many times as you want without loosing ANY content or setting as they a separate thing.

If it happens you have other problems which we will help you figure out directly.

Hello, it is very strange because the child theme should have only 2 files inside.
The issue can happen if your rename the theme folders.
If you didn’t rename the folders and you didn’t change any line of code in the PHP files, you may have missing files and you can try reinstalling the child theme after deleting the one you have now in your server.
We have no other reports of similar issues and we use the child theme as well in many websites so it should be something specific of your installation.

If you didn’t change anything and a full theme and child theme reinstallation doesn’t help please let me know.
It is also please important to provide the URL of your website.
