Hello,
there is a column (div class=”col….”) for the social share.
You have to remove the whole column. The column is the DIV with the “col” class.

The layout is based on the Materialize framework, so it has 12 columns, and when you remove one, you have to change the size of the other columns to fill the remaining space.
You find all the info about the HTML framework grid in this page:

Please remember that columns can have 3 sizes, for mobile, for tablet and for desktop (s = mobile, m = tablet, l = desktop) with the relative column size.

I’m sorry but I cant’ get.From what I see the only difference between my example and your screenshot is that my paragraph is longer than yours. Isn’t it?

In order to enable Visual Composer for posts, you have to go on your website backend -> Visual Composer -> Role Manager -> Post types -> Custom and choose the post format you want Visual Composer included.

For page headers, we recommend images @ 1600px width under 250kb.

I just tried on my demo installation and the image right alignment works good.

By the way, you can’t align two images to the right. In order to get it I recommend you two ways:

1) Merge the two images into a single one and then align it to the right.
2) Enable Visual Composer even for posts and then build your post layout as you want. If you need support for this last choice, I would show you how to get it.

the featured list shortcode comes with default alignment on the right.
In order to get a center alignment of both title and buttons you have to follow these two steps:

1) Title Alignment: go to Visual Composer custom CSS of the page and paste this code line.

.qt-featured-section h3 {text-align:center;}

2) Button Alignment: you can’t align the default button included in featured list shortcode, so I’ll recommend you to add a custom button via Visual Composer Shortcode and changing the alignment to center as you can see in the image below

Hello, you have an old PHP version. WP requires PHP 7 to run, you should have php 5.6 if you see this message. You have to contact your hosting provider in order to change this setting for your hosting space.

Hello, the error is caused by an old PHP function. The theme needs (same as WordPress) at least PHP 7 to run. Please update your PHP version and it will work perfectly.

Hello,
you solved the problem in the right way. This is not a theme’s problem but a WordPress issue. If you set the URL of an archive page with the exact name of the post format (your domain/podcast, your domain/video, etc..) WordPress will always override the theme’s template page customizations.

Hello again, we just checked and the theme works fine displaying contents and special featured for podcast archives (in page 1 of the archive you see the contents, in the other pages of course you see only the archive items).

Hello, I’m here with an update: it is very possible to add a featured image for header in the blug by doing in this way:

1) Create a page and choose a blog template
2) Add a featured image
3) Be sure to NOT set this page as blog archive in appearance > Reading because this will prevent the page from being able to read its custom fields

I understand, you are trying to customize it for an Archive page, not for a single page. I think this is the issue, for archives custom backgrounds aren’t possible.

The option is visible because they fall under the “pages” but for archives they are generally not recognized.

We will do some checks bout this, please confirm if this is the problem.

Hello,
you probably switched between child theme and parent theme, this can cause the issue you are seeing.

In this moment, what you can do, is to disable all the options that you can’t enable, save, then re-enable them, and save again. This will fix.

No changes regarding the customizer have been made during the latest update, and we updated several demo websites without seeing similar issues.

If you were using the child theme and switched to parent after the update, or opposite, you may have lost the customization settings. This is normal and we can’t “fix” it for you.

The best thing is, if you are using the child theme as recommended, to keep on using it after theme update.

Also, please be sure to have latest theme version.
To be sure please download it from Themeforest, as with previous versions the theme may be trying to download old plugin versions that are not existing anymore.

Editing the feature image for the podcast is easy-peasy: just go to your WP backend and then Podcast. If you edit a single podcast you should see the featured image tab on the right sidebar of the page.

I am Andrea and I’ll assist with your issue.
It seems something is wrong with your installation files.
In order to avoid any doubt, I downloaded the theme straight from Themeforest, made a fresh installation and installed the theme following this manual page: http://www.themes2go.xyz/manuals/lifecoach/knowledge-base/theme-installation/

The installation process was completed successfully and even the T2G Theme Dashboard was installed without problems as well the other included plugins.

See the image below that prove it:

I suggest you clear all your installation files and re-download the zip file from Themeforest in order to get our theme installed properly.
