Cooking Fish
If you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen is an advice we often encounter, but like most advice not very helpful or practical. Kitchens are inherently hot places at any time of the year, but while spending time in a warm kitchen is a pleasant thing in the winter, cooking in the summer becomes an exceptionally tiring and draining task as the ambient heat combined with the heat from the conventional gas stove makes the kitchen a furnace.
